It is not necessary to register for an account. You can check out as a guest. To create an account:

There is no minimum order value. Delivery is free for orders above $50. Should your order fall below $50, a $5 delivery fee will apply.
Once you have placed your order and completed payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. We will notify you again via email once your order has been delivered. Yes, you may cancel your order as long as your order status is still “Processing”. Once your order status has been changed to “Completed”, your order cannot be cancelled.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returned orders unless you have received defective goods. Hence, we strongly encourage you to check your parcel thoroughly once received. The products that are available for purchase on our website have at least 6 months before expiry.

Unlike other probiotics brands, Youguth can be stored at room temperature or below. It is best to keep Youguth in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Yes, pregnant or lactating women can consume Youguth, unless they are allergic to milk, fermented milk and probiotics. We advise you to check the list of ingredients in the respective products before consumption.
It is recommended that you take probiotics 30 minutes after a meal. However, as proline probiotics can survive the harsh acidity of gastric juices in the stomach, you can consume Youguth probiotics with or without food, at any time of the day.
Youguth’s Child Strength Up is ideal for children aged 1 and above. Child Strength Up contains probiotics and zinc which are ingredients that can support your child’s natural defense system and help to relieve any digestive issues.
You may experience some gas or mild bloating when you first start taking Youguth. This is a normal reaction as the intestinal environment is being balanced. However, should these effects persist beyond two weeks, we recommend that you consult a doctor.

We deliver across the whole of Singapore, including Tuas, Jurong Island and Sentosa Island.
Enjoy free delivery for orders above $50. A $5 delivery fee applies for orders $50 and below. Processing and delivery of your order will take 3 to 5 working days.
Yes, as long as your order status is still “Processing”, you may do so by calling us at 6819 0488 (Mondays – Fridays, 9am to 5pm, except public holidays). Alternatively, you can drop us an email at [email protected] to request for a change in your delivery address.
You will receive your order within 3 to 5 working days from receipt of your order confirmation email. However, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery during peak periods such as festive seasons. You can check your order status on the website, call us at 6819 0488 (Mondays – Fridays, 9am to 5pm, except public holidays) or email us at [email protected].
You can authorise another party to receive the purchased items on your behalf. Your order will be delivered in a properly-sealed package. Once the recipient has signed and acknowledged that the parcel has been received in good condition, we will not be held liable for any parcel that has been tampered with.
We do not provide express delivery at the moment.
Yes, a redelivery fee of $5 is payable for each attempted redelivery.
We will notify you of the scheduled delivery day 1 working day in advance via email. If you are unable to receive your order on the scheduled delivery day, please call us at 6819 0488 (Mondays – Fridays, 9am to 5pm, except public holidays) or email us at [email protected]. We will not accept a delivery change request that is made on the scheduled delivery day.

Returns and Exchanges

You are strongly advised to check your products immediately upon receipt. You may reject the order on the spot if you discover that the product is different from your order. Exchange of products is allowed if the following conditions are met:
  • Request for exchange is made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Ordered products must be unopened and in good resaleable condition
